


Here at Mod's Thai House Dine In, we strive to bring the authentic flavors of Thailand to your plate. Our journey began in the bustling streets of Bangkok, where our founder discovered the art of Thai cuisine from generations of local chefs.

We use only highest quality ingredients from Thailand in our dishes. Our herbs and spices are sourced from local markets and our meats and Fresh vegetables are carefully selected for their flavor and quality.

Napaporn Chansri arrived from Bangkok Thailand to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2006 as part of an internship program at her Hotel and Tourism Industry School, after traveling through Asia and a training program in England she returned to Aspen in late 2009. She married Chef Manny Diaz formerly from the Little Nell and Jimmy's Restaurant &
